Can I use the .pdf version of my ticket on my smart phone at the door?
No, you will need your hard ticket you printed or your ID to verify you on our will call list

We are open Wednesday through Saturday 8pm-3am except for special events.
What are your box office hours?
You can always buy tickets at our venue when we are open unless for some reason the tickets haven't been mailed to us yet. They can also be purchased from links on our facebook page, website, and etix.com
Can I purchase over the phone?
Sorry, we don’t do phone sales
Where should I park?
Very good question. Parking is a nightmare here but it's all we got. Get here early to grab parking in the gravel lots. More parking is available on the adjacent road Spring St.
Do you have an ATM?
We have an ATM in the venue located next to bar. Please have enough cash on hand to get through the door though.
What hotels are nearby? We recommend the Riverview Inn. It is conveniently locate 1/2 mile away and within walking distance.
I left my tickets at Will Call. Where and how do I get those?
Your will call is available at the door to the venue once doors open. The only requirement for picking up will call tickets is a valid photo ID.
I lost my tickets….
We can probably help you out with that. Make sure the original purchaser of the tickets brings a photo ID to the front door on the night of the show.
What does “General Admission” mean?
A General Admission show means first come, first-served seating for both seats and our standing room floor. However, this does not include the 3 tables on the wall, The Clubhouse, or The Lounge. Click here to purchase those areas separately.
How early do people line up for shows?
There’s really no way to predict that. Generally speaking, if you are here no later than the listed door time (or within 30 minutes-hour before), you won’t have a problem finding a seat that suits you. Sold out shows will, of course, mean longer lines and a higher demand for premium seats.
What should I wear?
Most shows don't have a dress code but this can vary depending on the show. If you feel like emailing us about an outfit, feel free. I am a fashion expert but can't offer pointers without charging :)
Do you have a coat check? Not now, but are looking to add one in the future.
Are you handicap accessible?
We are. Arrangements will need to be made ahead of time with us though.
Do you allow cameras?
Generally, small point and shoot (pocket size) cameras are allowed. Sometimes an artist will request no photography whatsoever, and we will abide by those rules…check with our box office on the day of the show for the most updated information!
Do you serve food?
Yes, we serve some of the best pizza around. Fresh ingredients and not frozen.
What’s your general age limit? 18+ and 21+, that info will be available on the event flyer and event
Is there an upcharge for minors? A $5-$10 upcharge will be added to anyone that is 18-20 years old depending on the show.
Do you have seating? For big shows we remove all tables and only have our two VIP sections and 3 bartop tables that can be purchased. Everywhere else is standing room only. For smaller shows tables and chairs are set out and they are first come first serve. The bartop tables are also available on a first come first basis. The two VIP areas can only be rented.
What comes with the bartop and VIP purchase? This cost only reserves the area for you. You still will have to buy a ticket to get in. It also comes with a personal server so you don't have to get up and fight the crowds at the bar.
